| People protest against PHE department for water crisis | | |  Early Times Report
Mendhar, June 2: Residents of Dhaki Bhera, Dhargloon Balakote and Bhera today blocked road, raising slogans against Public Health Engineering department for their failure to provide drinking water.
Residents of Dhargloon Balakote and other adjoining villages gathered at Dhaki Dhargloon and Bhera today morning and staged a sit-in bringing traffic to a grinding halt. The protesters said that authorities have failed to provide them with drinking water for past several months. "Most of the PHE workers remain busy in the union affairs without caring for the people," the protesters said.
