| Sangarsh demands prosecution of those involved in Hill Kaka scam | | | Early Times Reporter

Sangarsh, a recently formed movement for Justice and Equality, has impressed upon the Government to prosecute all those officers involved in Hill Kaka relief distribution scam.
Vikrant Sharma, Sangarsh leader alleged that despite establishing a fraud worth Rs.2.46 crores by the Vigilance organization the Government has not so far launched prosecution against the erred persons and said that out of Rs.2.75 crore sanctioned for distribution among the affected families of Hill Kaka only Rs.29 lakhs have been paid to the genuine beneficiaries while Rs.2.46 crore has been swindled thereby depriving 249 beneficiaries.
Sharma has impressed upon the Chief Minister to prosecute all those involved in the scam, besides removing the corrupt officials and politicians indicted by the Kundal Committee.
