| Jorawar gets “Educationist of India” award | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Feb 18 Independent Schools Federation of India (ISFI) has awarded Educationists of India award to KC Public School Principal, Jorawar Singh in a function held at India Habitat Centre New Delhi on Feb 15. He was nominated along with 23 other Principals and Educationist from across the country. Chief Minister of Delhi Shila Dikshit was the chief guest on the occasion. The other dignitaries who were presented on the occasion included Digvijay Singh, Former CM of Madhya Pradesh, AS Lovely, Education Minister, Delhi State, Ashok Ganguly, Chairman CBSE and others. Jorawar Singh has received the award for his distinguished services and contribution in the field of education for last 25 years. He started his teaching carrer from The Scindia School, Gwalior before taking over KC Public School as Principal. Others who received the award included Jagdish Gandhi, Manager City Montessori School, Luckhnow, VK Verma, Chairman Indian Public School and Dr. B. Singh Education officer, Modi Group of Schools.
