Jammu, June 12: MGNREGA Employees Association Province President of Jammu Sandeep Kalotra condemned the partial modification in the order about auto renewal contract of the employees after 6 years by RDD.
Addressing press conference, Sandeep Kalotra said that the Ex- Commissioner Secretary Farooq Peer issued a circular order for auto renewal contract of MGNREGA Employees after completion of every year. But now few days ago a new circular order has been issued by the secretary to government department of RDD Sheetal Nanda about the submission of annual performance report (APR) every year. He accused Government of anguishing, the Mgnrega employees are not giving them free hands to works.
Even MGNREGA Employees are being compelled to work in different schemes like SBM, PALIY, MP-LAD, Cd, fund 14th FC, TSP etc. On the other hand, State appreciation and awarded at National is the recent evidence of MGNREGA employees performance.
It is all because of their hard work and dedication and State has been receiving award and, cherished their hard working. Prominent among other of Association were present named as Deepak Soni and Akshdeep Singh said that ,it is worthwhile to mention here that MGNREGA Employees have been working sincerely since 2007 in Rural Development Department (RDD) and they have been engaged through Proper Recruitment Board under MGNREGA scheme. |
