| Court awards 19 years imprisonment to Pak terrorist | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Feb 19 Presiding Officer TADA/POTA/ 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Sanjay Gupta today awarded 19 years imprisonment to Pak National Sanaullah r/o Daluwali, Pakistan. The accused Sanaullah, a Pak National terrorists after crossing the border from Pakistan entered into India illegally with the help of other accused Kehar Lal s/o Thoru Ram r/o Haripur (died during trial) planted bombs at electric towers, which blasted, resulting into damage to the Government property. A case u/s 435 RPC, 3 PSS Act and 14 Foreign Act was registered by the police and after completion of the investigation challan was presented in the court of law. The Presiding Officer, after hearing APP GS Charak and Advocate Yogesh Bakshi appearing for the accused, awarded eight years rigorous imprisonment u/s 3 PSS Act to the accused and also sentenced him to undergo six years imprisonment u/s 435 RPC. The accused shall further undergo imprisonment for five years u/s 14 of Foreign Act. However, the Presiding Officer ordered that all the sentences shall run concurrently. JNF
