| Attacker nabbed | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Feb 19 Railway police has claimed to have solved the firing incident that took place at railway station previous night and held one with arms. Giving details police sources said that yesterday night some youth sitting in Innova car bearing registration number JK02E-3006 opened fire at one, Parminder Singh. However, Parminder escaped unhurt. On receiving information a police team led by SHO Railways and Crime Yashpal Jamwal swung into action and nabbed two persons identified as Purshotam Sharma and Rattan Lal besides seized the Innova. During their interrogation they revealed the name of Kingpin behind this attack. Today on tip off a police party led by SHO Crime and Railway Yashpal Jamwal and ASI Rattan Saini under the supervision of SDPO Maksud Hussain and SSP crime and Railway Bhupinder Singh conducted a raid at Satwari and nabbed the third accused identified as Kamal Sharma S/o Prithvi Raj Sharma from Satwari area. One pistol 7.65 mm, 4 alive rounds, one magazine were recovered by from his possession. A case FIR number 312008 under section 307/34 RPC, 3/25 arms act stand registered in this regard. The reason behind the attack is said some business disputes between the two parties. Meanwhile police is investigating the matter to ascertain more information, sources said.
