| Debate in memory of Prof. Raghuvir Singh held | | | Early Times Reporter

Inter College Debate on the topic “New Economic Policies can make India a Superpower was held at MAM College today in the memory of Prof.Raghuvir Singh.
Commissioner and Secretary Higher Education, Pramod Jain was the chief guest on the occasion while the Anjana Raghuvir Singh was the guest of honor on this occasion.
Prof. Rd Sharma, Rector Kathua campus, Dr. Ajeet Angral, President college teachers Association enlisted the contributions made by Prof. Raghuvir in raising the academic standard.
Prof. Muqbil Chisti, Principal of the College in her inaugural address termed Prof. Raghuvir Singh a peerless teacher. She regretted that due to the untimely demise of Prof. Singh faculty has suffered irreparable loss.
Archana Gupta of Commerce College, Indu Bagal of GCW Gandhi Nagar and Aruna Bhat of Science College got 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. While Nitin Kesar of MAM College and Vandana Sharma of GCW Gandhi Nagar bagged consolation prizes.
The competition was adjudged by the panel of judges comprised of Prof. GL Thapa of GCW Kathua, Prof. Rita Jitendra and Prof. RL Sharma..
Shakun Sethi compeered the proceeding s while the vote of thanks was presented by Zain-Ul-Abdin.
