| Saleem demands CBI inquiry into distribution of earthquake relief | | | Early Times Reporter

Accusing Congress led coalition government of neglecting the Pahari speaking people, snowfall and earthquake victims, Mohammed Saleem Sheikh State General Secretary Young Panthers Party had alleged that crores of rupees meant for October 8, 2005 devastating victims has been distributed among the ineligible persons.
In a handout issued today, Sheikh has alleged that the Deputy Commissioner Poonch has earned lakhs of rupees from the earthquake relief and said the ‘poor has become poorer and rich the richest due to the earthquake’. He demanded a CBI inquiry into distribution of relief to the earthquake victims besides free rations to the people whose houses have been damaged due to the recent snowfall.
