| Stop human rights violation: ANC | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Feb 22 Lashing out at the present collation regime for failing to deliver and allegedly not being able to stop the killings of innocents in Jammu and Kashmiri, Muzzafar Hussain Shah, of Awami National Conference said that the unabated killings of innocent people in custody in the fake encounters has exposed the hollow statements of the rulers, who loudly talk about zero tolerance. He was addressing a press conference here. Shah further said that there are rumours that people are done to death in a most cruel manner and here are other instances where poor especially from rural areas were rendered houseless with forces blasting their homes and added that it is in this background that our party “ Awami National Conference” has launched a state wide campaign to defeat the evil designs of the farces who are bent upon creating the mistrust among the people our party recently approached state Human Rights Commission including innocent killings, burning down of properties illegal detention and other rights abuses in the name of fighting militancy. Reffering PDP as an accidental party, he said that in the coming assembly elections, it will be routed out. Things are moving in a backward direction, be it corruption, nepotism, misgovernance, human rights abuses and other things. He held both ruling coalition and the main opposition party of the state equally responsible for the mess in which J&K has been caught.
