| Cultural Academy announces awards | | |

J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages has announced awards for the recent drama festival at Billawar in which six groups of Kathua district participated.
The Best play award was given to Dana Socho Sahi while the second best award was given to Kalyug Da Parmatma. The best director award was given to Rajesh Gupta for the play Kalyug Da Parmatma. Best acting award (male) and (female) went to Vishal Raina and Indu Sharma. Second best actor (male- female) was bagged by Manohar Lal Verma and Anita Pandit while the direction, costumes, make-up and music awards were received by Satpal, Sanjeev Chinoria, Surinder Verma and Gian Chand respectively. Nayan, Manavta Da Rishta, Dana Socho Da Sahi, Kathputli, Malika received the certificate of merit.
