Diamonds, Rs 50 lakhs for Chopra killing

It was not an ordinary booty but the professional killers were awarded with sparkling diamonds for sensational murder of town’s famous cement tycoon Rajinder Bhushan Chopra and his family in September 2006.
The narco-analysis of one the accused has revealed that Rs 50 lakhs and diamonds were distributed among the killers for wiping out family of Rajinder Bhushan Chopra, popularly known as Raju Chopra.
This sensational disclosure was made by alleged Vicky in narco-analysis test and also brought out the explicit details of the crime and the incident leading to it. He has narrated the whole chain of events and the role played him.
He has nominated the other members of the gang which include Mahesh and Rooshi real brothers already arrested by the police. Vicky also provided the details of members in which proceed of crime around Rs 50 lacs and diamonds distributed among of the members of the gang.
Forensic Science Laboratory, Banglore, has recommended for more than one round of Narco Analysis tests. Based on the test result Vicky has also been arrested and on his instance motor-cycle Suzuki which was purchased by the accused from the booty amounts has been seized. The said accused sent district jail on judicial remand.
These facts have been disclosed in the objections filed by the state in a petition filed by Puneet Chopra the son of deceases businessman seeking CBI probe in the case.
Suspects Mahesh and Rooshi sons of Premda r/o Khejra District Guna, MP were brought to Jammu and put to thorough investigation but they did not revealed anything relevant to the case and were subsequently sent to judicial remand. Since the case was complicated one, so SIT resorted to modern method of scientific investigation and two business associates of RB Chopra namely S Ajab Singh and Rajinder Singh alias Raju Simbilia were sent to FSL Gandhi Nagar Gujarat for undergoing lie detector and brain mapping tests. Further more, five persons namely Mubaraz Khan alias Munna r/o Jammu, Nigam Chopra r/o Jammu, Mahesh Pardi, Rooshi Pardi r/o MP were sent to FSL Banglore for undergoing similar tests. The result of these people’s test has not been disclosed in the objections filed by the state. On these grounds the state seeking dismiss of the application filed by the petitioner as the investigation of the case is incomplete for want of arrest of remaining members of the gang.
