End demographic invasion of Jammu or face Consequences: Ankur
7/8/2018 9:55:39 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, July 8: People of Jammu have decided to judge the new government in Jammu and Kashmir by the critical yardstick of how it deals with the Islamo-fascist demographic invasion of Jammu which assumed war like proportions during the rule of Mehbooba Mufti lead government in the state.
We demand that the new government under the leadership of the Governor immediately withdraw and cancel the minutes of the meeting of Ministry of Tribal affairs presided over by the then Chief Minister of the state on 14 February , 2018. The minutes of the meeting had given clear directions to the state government to provide legal immunity to Muslim Tribal Land encroachers and Bovine smugglers/Cow Slaughterers superseding the law of the land.
We also urge the Governor of the state to recognize the gravity of the situation in Rasana which is building a simmering unrest in the entire province of Jammu to immediately hand over the case for enquiry to CBI- the premiere investigating agency of the nation.
People of Jammu across the party lines have been demanding the handing over of the case of alleged rape and murder of the girl in Rassana to CBI. We have no doubts that the murder needs a thorough and impeccable enquiry as prima facie the murder appears to be fulfilling the Islamo-fascist designs in Jammu province. This step will go a long way in assuaging the hurt sentiments of the people of Jammu as well as finding the real culprits behind the murder.
The handling of Rassana Case by the Mehbooba Mufti government hurt the most sensitive religious sensitivities of the Hindus of Jammu by desecrating the temple of Baba Kaliveer ji in Rasana one of the presiding deities of Hindus. The government indulgence in Rasana not only complemented the demographic invasion but also inflicted religious humiliation on the Hindus of Jammu and the Nation as a whole.
We also want to bring to the notice of the Governor the grim reality that the entire case of murder in Rassana was handled by the state government not to bring the real culprits to justice but to harass the people living in Rassana to the extent that they abandon the village. A sinister ploy appears to be at work behind the whole handling of the Rassana case by the then government. Displacing the people of Rassana appears to be a critical component of the conspiracy to capture the adjoining forest which is strategically placed so that a plan of demographic change is implemented in area on the same pattern as it is being done by illegally encroaching and capturing the forest and government lands in the entire province of Jammu.
The people of Jammu want the Governor of the state to recognize the stark reality that while earlier Chief Ministers including Farooq Abdullah, Mufti Mohd Sayed, Ghulam Nabi Azad and Omar Abdullah sought to change the demography of Jammu through the legislative route (Roshni Act), Mehbooba Mufti sought to accelerate the on going process of demographic changes in Jammu through her February 14, 2018 executive directions to the revenue magistracy and the police. The government should cancel the minutes at the earliest to restore the confidence of the people. In case the state government fails to do it there will be political explosions of portentous dimensions.
