| Clerical staff stages rally | | | Early Times Reporter

The clerical staff of the different department today staged protest rallies in different parts of the state here today.
Thousand of protestors among clerical staff led by the state coordinator Ram Kumar Sharma held a massive rally which was addressed by various leaders of the association inclding Rehmat Ullah Malik, Ravi Singh, Anil Mehra and Ajay Khajuria.
Medical Employees Association (MEA) also supported the stir and joined the protests
The agitating employees criticized the state government for not fulfilling the demands of the clerical employees of various departments.
They urged upon the government to remove the pay anomalies among the clerical staff and asked to grant the pay scale of 4000-6000 to junior asstt; 4500-7000 to senior asstt; and 5500-9000 to the head assistants. |
