Traffic awareness programme begins

BIG FM is observing a traffic awareness week here which began here today.
The week-long campaign will witness camps at a prominent traffic junctions to educate those people who are seen flouting traffic rules instead of ‘challaning’ them.
The camps would continue till March 2 at Bikram Chowk.
SSP Traffic Police Jammu, S A Watali, was also present at the first day of the campaign.
Speaking on the occasion Jagmeet Singh Bahri, Cluster Head J&K, BIG FM said, “It has always organisation’s endeavor to ensure to positively impact people’s lives and this activity will ensure that we create an awareness among people so that they avoid flouting traffic rules. Increasing traffic being a serious concern, this campaign will surely enhance the awareness among people.”
