Hakeem appeals SRTC employees to call of the strike

Minister for Transport Mr. Mohammad Hakeem Yaseen has appealed the employees of Jammu and Kashmir State Road Transport Corporation Employees to call of their strike and resume the transport services without any delay.
He said that the pending wages of the employees would be released within couple of days as the matter has been taken up with the Chief Minister Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad and the Finance Department. He said that the Chief Minister has agreed to his request and added that the employees would be provided salaries without any interruption in future.
The Transport Minister said that the employees of SRTC were socially and morally obligated to resume the plying of SRTC Buses and not to let the commuters to face any inconvenience. He also said that with the strike of SRTC employees tourists visiting the state have also been subjected to inconveniences thereby affecting the tourism sector in the state. He hoped that the SRTC employees would reciprocate his appeal and would resume to their duties without any fail.
