A body of a minor was found on the road at Channi Himmat area here today. Giving details sources said that the body of a minor identified as Ram Parsad S/o Ram Lal r/o Chattisgarh at present Sector number – 4 Channi Himmat was found in a pool of blood. On having information a police team led by SHO Channi Himmat Mohd. Rafiq Choudhary reached on the spot near Matador stand and took him to GMC hospital where doctors declared him as brought dead. The body was later handed over to the family members after post mortem. After investigation it was found that the minor was hit by an unknown vehicle, sources said. Meanwhile police has registered a case under FIR No. 12/2008 under section 279, 304, RPC. |
