Reacting sharply over the announcement made by the chief minister, regarding to made the amendment in SRO-294 the Dogra Brahmin Pratinidhi Sabha (DBPS), termed it is nothing but a tactics to belonging the Harijans and other OBC’s people.
According to the press release issued by the Sabha, the general secretary, DBPS, Shakti Dutt Sharma said that the congress led coalition government is in effort to reserve the vote bank of SC, and ST community in competition to the BSP is making such announcements. He further appealed to the governor to consider the demand of the Sabha sympathetically and not to accept the amendment in SRO-294, as this reservation policy is only meant to uplift the poor and will deprive the other poor sections of the society. |
