Jammu, Aug 8: All J&K NGO's Federation criticized NITI Aayog for adopting pick and choose policy while inviting Kashmir based organization at SKIC Srinagar during recent meeting.
Addressing media persons here at Press Club, Vinay K. Katal, Chairman of NGO's Federation highlighted the discrimination with Jammu and Ladakh based Civil Society organisation bv the NITI Aayog. "All Non - Government Organisations / Civil Society Organisation have to compulsory register in NITI Aayog web site. More than 3000 CSO's are registered in Jammu / Ladakh regions doing services to the grass root level to contribute towards social and economic developments of both the regions, but the discriminatory attitude of State Government is continuously adopting the old practice thereby ignoring Jammu / Ladakh based organization", he said.
He said that already the funds are being given to the outside organisations, who sublet to the local untrained persons, thereby delivering sub-stand works can be gauged by various central sponsored schemes in the state.
