CM’s intervention sought for stopping encroachments

The residents of village Bhatindi and Sunjwan have urged upon the chief minister Ghulam Nabi Azad and forest minister for their immediate intervention and stooping the encroachment of forest land by the MLA, Kishtwar Sajjad Ahmad Kichool in the area.
As per press release issued and one Allah Rakha on behalf of residents of the area have said, forest land under Khasra so 249 (2300/12) and 2299/356 measuring about 100 kanals. He said violating all norms, MLA along with his family members in busy in constructing a building on the land including fencing. He has even violated the Supreme Court order by cutting standing trees. Allah Rakha on behalf of the residents demands immediate action against the culprits and save forest land from going into the hands of influential family.
