Pg 8 Young Panthers announces Bhim as next CM Jammu Mar 2 The Young Panthers state convention held today under the chairmanship of Balwant Singh Mankotia, president of young panthers, adopted with one voice resolution declaring Prof. Bhim Singh as the next chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir state.
