Early Times reporter Jammu | Mar 4 The Rameshwaram Ramsetu Raksha Manch (RRRM) activists led by Yudhvir Sethi today held protest rally against the UPA government for filling the affidavit in Supreme Court for demolishing Ram Setu. The protestors passed through various part of the city and burnt the effigy of centre government. Sethi, on the occasion, criticized the congress led UPA at the centre for taking such a decisions which directly hurt the religious sentiments of the Hindus. By filing an objectionable affidavit that the Ramsetu is naturally made and sethi warned the UPA not to test the patience of the Hindus and said the Ram bhakts will not allow the UPA to got ahead with its anti Hindu decision. He reiterated demand of withdrawal of anti Hindu decision of demolishing Ramsetu, tendering of apologhy by UPA from Hindus, preservation of Ram Setu and declaring it a national monument at the earliest. Krishan Anand, Dharni Dhar Sharma, Vijay Pahalwan, Mukesh Sharma, Madan Abrol, Subash Gupta, Sal Pal, Anil Masoom, Ashok Gupta, Ajit Singh, Geega Bittu Pradhan, Dharavir Sethi, Karan Singh, Vijay Mehra, Vikrant, Sunny Pardeep Lengeh, Ishan, Ramesh Sharma Lalit Sharma, Naresh Abrol, Shashi Sapolia were prominent among those who took part in the procession. |
