Kathua, Aug 21: The Department of Youth Services and Sports Kathua organized the Inter School Zone level Athletic Meet for all age group girls at Sports Stadium Hiranagar under the directions of District Youth Services and Sports Officer Kathua Subash Chander Bhardwaj and supervision of Zonal Physical Education Officer Hiranagar Yog Raj Sharma here at Sports Stadium Hiranagar.
A total of 71 players of zone Hiranagar participated in today's events. Today's events were officiated by Avnesh Kumar, Amarjeet Kaur, Manmohan Singh, Omkar Singh, Naresh Kumar, Darshan Kumar, Sanjay Sharma, Narinder Kumar. Meanwhile, the trials of Football for U-19 years girls were also organized. Results in 100 meters race, Kanchan Sharma of Government Higher Secondary School Hiranagar, Deepika or Government Higher Secondary School Chakra, Pari begum of Government Model Middle School Hiranagar stand first in under 19, 17 and 14 years age groups respectively. In 200 metres race, Begum of Government Higher Secondary School Kootah, Surekha Devi of Government Higher Secondary School Chakra, Amna Begum of Government Model Middle School Hiranagar stand first in their respective groups. |
