| Punishment for filming porn-CD: Marry the victim | | | Srinagar, August 26
Those found guilty of filming porn CDs of an innocent student has been punished as per Islamic law, while as the victim has been married to one of the boys involved in filming the CD. Reports reaching Srinagar indicate that police recovered a porno CD from the house of one Bashir Ahmed Pandit at Budgam follwing which he was arrested and interrogated. During the course of interrogation, Bashir Ahmed Pandit, revealed that Afroz Ahmed Beig, Mohd Hussain and Mohd Abbas Wani had given him the said prone CD following which all the three named by Bashir Ahmed Pandit were arrested by police. Police sources said that a porno CD of a student enrolled at R.M.P School Budgam was filmed with Mohd Hussain by Afroz Beig. It has been learnt that Mohd Hussain filmed in porn CD was putting up at the residence of one Ali Mohd Bhat and Mohd Abbas Wani who happens to be the son of School Principal has played a key role in filming the prone CD of the victim. When apprised about the matter, President Anjuman-e-Sharey Shian Agha Syed Hassan decided to investigate the case himself. The Student Mohd Hussain found guilty of filming the prone CD was fined a whooping amount of Rs4 lakhs and another boy who was putting in the house of Ali Mohd Bhat was fined Rs 1 lakh.
The Shariat Board headed by Anjuman-e-Sharey Shian President Agha Syed Hassan also imposed a fine of Rs1 lakh on Bashir Ahmed Pandit from whose house the prone CD was recovered. A fine of Rs 2 lakhs was imposed on Mohd Abas, Principal R.M.P.School Budgam. The Shariat Board also ordered that victim be married to Afroz Ahmed Beig and Nikah ceremony was performed immediately. Social boycott was announced with the guilty who were fined by the board. The relations of both the victim and culprits were present on the occasion. |
