JAMMU, Aug 27: A protest demonstration of Female Multipurpose Worker at Director Health Services, Jammu complex and the protestor led by Neelam Kumari President FMPHW Welfare Association and Sushil Sudan President JKMEF.
The protestor rising anti Govt. slogans said that until a permanent solution of salary of 2211 head is not done by the Govt. They will not participate in the MR Vaccine and continue their protest Dharna. Their others demands are.
They threaten the Government if they are not getting the pending salary and permanent solution of 2211 Head Salary they will not take part in the MR Vaccination. Their diamonds are Delinking the CSS Salary from the funding sources ( Corpus-delinking) and release the pending salary since March 2018, Job functions of FMPHWs must be fixed at par other working categories of Health Sector, Up gradation for the post of FMPHW on the analogy of Pharmacist, Lab. Tech. X-Ray Tech, Dental Tech. and Ophth. Tech, Creation of post of LHVs in New PHCs, Seniority list of FMPHWs be Published in the Official website of the Health Department for bringing transparency in promotions and others.
Speaking on the occasion, Neelam Kumari strongly demanded intervention of the Govt. for permanent solution failing which the FMPHW of Jammu province were left with no option and the protest may be converted into indefinite strike.
