They said a patient Maqbool Bi wife of Mohd Rafiq of Dharana village suffered cardiac arrest and was shifted to SDH Mendhar.
Her relatives were surprised to know that there was not even a single doctor present in the hospital when she was admitted in Emergency today at 3 pm.
After enquiry it came to fore that doctors do not remain present on duty in the hospital instead they prefer to stay at Government residential quarters to continue with their private practice during duty hours source, added .
As the relatives joined by locals raised slogans against CMO Poonch Dr Mumtaz Bhatti and BMO Mendhar Dr Parvez Ahmed Khan who happened to appear on the scene allegedly drunk and misbehaved with the mediapersons. A written complaint was given to SHO Police Station Mendhar against the misbehavior of BMO Dr Parvez Khan who created a scene in the hospital as he was drunk.
