Bharat college of Education Hatli Morh Kathua celebrated its annual day with great pump and show. Dr. Farooq Abdullah former Chief Minister was the chief guest and advocate Ab. Goni was the guest of honour. Dogri and Kashmiri dances were the lime light of the function in which students depicted their interest Dr. R.C. Bhagat. Principal of the college and thanked management for their excellent support and hard work. The other guests who spoke on the occasion also praised the talents of the students and advised them to work hard to achieve their goal in education to become the dignified citizens of the county.
