| GDC Dharmari Celebrate Teacher's Day | | |

Reasi Sept 4: The birth anniversary of former president and noted academician Dr. S. Radha Krishnan was celebrated as a Teacher's Day in Govt. Degree College Dharmari.
An impressive function was held in college for celebrating the teacher's day. The college principal, TR Sharma was chief guest on the occasion. The chief guest threw light on life history of Dr. S Radha Krishnan. He asked the students to follow the teaching of Dr S. Radha Krishnan in their life. A symposium was held on the topic the role of teacher in nation building. The fifteen students participated as a speaker on the topic.
Yasser Hamid, secured first position, Imtiyaz Ahmed and Mohammad Farooq second position and Shazia Kouser third position respectively
The function was adjudged by the jury comprising of Asst. Prof. Sat Pal, Asst. Prof. Sham Lal and Dr. Mohammad Akhtar. Others staff members present the event were lecturer Shiwali Gupta and lecturer Rahul Mir. |
