| CEO asks ACD Kishtwar to relieve attached Junior Assistant | | | Asif Iqbal Naik

Kishtwar, Sept 4: After Early Times carried the report titled "DC Kishtwar violates Govt's order, attach VLW in his office chamber" in its 28-08-2018 edition, Chief Education Officer Kishtwar today requested ACD Kishtwar to relieve Junior Assistant Om Prakash working in his office as a replacement for influential VLW who is still attached in the office of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar along with class IV employee from Dachhan Kishtwar.
As per the details available with Early Times, CEO Kishtwar vide letter No. CEO/K/18/45713 Dated 4-09-2018 has requested that his services are urgently required by the department. The sources said that the said Junior Assistant has verbally also been directed to report back to original place of posting failing which his salary will be withheld.
It is pertinent to mention that DC Kishtwar who is the custodian for the implementation of the government orders in the District is himself violating the government orders with regards to detachments of various employees attached in numerous departments including that of the blue eyed VLW who has been associated with him when former was ACD Kishtwar.
Besides him several employees are still attached in various government offices in Kishtwar District including in IWMP department much to the knowledge of the Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar who instead of implementing the government orders is said to be appeasing his political masters by blocking the detachment orders of politically influential persons. |
