JKFMHW protest enters 11th, Day appeals to authorities to solve demands on priority

JAMMU, Sept 6: A number of employees working under salary Head-2211 on protest entered in 11th days and the president Sushil Sudan of Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation and Neelam Kumar of Jammu Kashmir Female Multipurpose Health Worker Welfare Association appealed to the higher authorities to solve on priority base.
The employees working under Salary Head 2210 to support and participate in the struggle and make it grand success and so their unity toward the employees working salary Head 2211.
In the protest leader of the association address and highlighted their demands and appealed to the higher authorities to solve on priority base, and the association strongly condemned the behavior of the higher authority towards the employees of family welfare working under Head 2211 and again decided the Dharna / strike will be continues till the permanent solution of salary head 2211 and DPC of Family Welfare employees working under salary head 2211, and 2210 . The president JKMEF Jammu Province strongly condemned the attitude of higher authorities towards the employees working salary head 2211.Otherwise the employees will be intensified the struggle and not will be engaged incoming MR Programme if the demands are not considered.
The demands of the association were as under Delinking the CSS Salary from the funding sources (Corpus-delinking) and release the pending salary since March 2018, Clear the DPC of FMPHW as LHV etc. since pending last 5 years, Job functions of FMPHWs must be fixed at par other working categories of Health Sector, Up gradation for the post of FMPHW on the analogy of Pharmacist, Lab. Tech. X-Ray Tech, Dental Tech. and Ophth. Tech and others.
The Prominent who take part in the protest included Neelam Kumari, Surya Akhter, Sapna Gupta General Secretary, Kamlesh, Jeevan Jyoti, Kuldeep Kour, Jagjeet Kour, Nirmal Kour, Gayatri Devi, Varinder Kour, Jagbir Kour, Manjeet kour, Pooja devi Shashi bala, Anchal Devi, Kamla devi, Soma Devi, Pushpa Devi, Rani Devi, Urmil Devi, Mamta Devi, Sunita Devi, Vinod Sharma, S. Parfulat Singh, S. Harpal Singh, S. Tajinder Singh, Yougal Bakshi, Madan Sharma and Vishal Patil ors.
