Silver Jubilee caravan of Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers’ Party (JKNPP) reached Akhnoor today
On the occasion, several delegations met the Panthers’ chairman Bhim Singh and demanded for the early sanctioning of adequate compensation in favour of land owners whose land have been covered by the Army for fencing along LoC.
Speaking in a rally, Bhim accrued the Congress for anti-Dogra policies. He said the centre government has already sanctioned Rs. 70 crore and the said money has been utilized by the state government for their own interests. He urged upon the people to vote for the Panthers party in order to throw away the tainted Congress led coalition government.
Among other who also spoke on the occasion were Faqir Nath, Ashok Kumar, Bishan Dass, Shanker Singh and Naresh Chib.
