The monthly meeting of ex-police persons league of district Jammu was held at DPL here today under the chairmanship of Chirag Din Choudhary retired SSP.
The meeting unanimously decided to approach the Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad for revival of the J&K Ex-Police persons welfare scheme of 1999 besides pleading for allotment of a piece of land for construction of the league office in Jammu.
The meeting among others was attended by Hari Chand Bhagat, Sagra Singh Jamrood, Vishu Paul Gupta, Abdul Latif Malik, Yoginder Singh Jamwal, Basant Singh Manhas, Mani Ram, Sat Paul Sharma, H L Nehra, Shamsher Singh Salathia, Prem Paul Gupta, Sat Paul Gupta, Rajinder Singh Sodhi and Ram Singh.
