The state unit of BJP today held a condolence meeting to mourn the death of Shadi Lal Sharma, a former Pracharak of RSS, who recently passed away at Denmark.
At the condolence meeting, several BJP leaders recalled the services of late Sharma, who had actively remained associated with the problems of Jammu and Kashmir. The speakers said that late leader started Jammu and Kashmir National- International Forum and organized several seminars for finding a solution to the Jammu and Kashmir problem.
A 2-minute silence was also observed in memory of the departed soul.
Those who took part in the condolence meeting were Om Parkash Mengi, Bhagwat Swaroop, RSS Pant Pracharak Arun Ji, Prof Chaman Lal Gupta, Ashok Khajuria, Ajay Jamwal, Shamsheer Singh Manhas, Bali Bhagat, Kavinder Gupta, Ramesh Arora, TR Sharma, Sat Sharma, Yudhir Sethi, Shiv Kumar Gupta, Pawan Khajuria and close relations and family members of the deceased Sharma.
