Minister for Transport Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen has said that government was open to purposeful dialogue with employees union to end the stalemate over calling off strike by SRTC employees.
Responding to the suggestions given to his effect to him by various employees' unions here today, Mr. Yaseen told Mr. Abdul Qayoom Wani, Vice President Employees Joint Action Committee that government would love to sort out the issues amicably, however, public interest was of paramount importance.
Yaseen fixed the meeting with leaders of Joint Action Committee tomorrow to discuss the issue. |
