Similarly ITI diploma holder runs accounts assistant's office and CP worker works as computer operator sources said adding the store keeping was done by on ITI diploma holder and these developments were going on under the very nose of XEn who prefers to keep mum on the issue, they added.
Sources said the files of these 45 Casual workers were not made on line of reasons best known to concerned authorities but they were working in the office of XEn against the norms of the service rules
Talking to ET a CP worker Mohd Zaheer said that it was due to corruption in the department that these casual labourers were working in the XEn office while as they were supposed in the field like we do. We demand that all the CP worker and ITI trained diploma holders be adjusted in office like them or them in the field like we are working.
There cannot be different yard sticks for a single group employees they alleged Meanwhile social activist Mushtaq Ahmed has appealed Chief Engineer PHE Poonch and district authorities to remove the unnecessary staff of 45 CP worker and ITI diploma holders from XEn's office and deploy them in the field work for which they are meant for he added.
