| 22 bovine recovered, two truck drivers arrested | | | Early Times Reporter

Police today recovered 22 bovine from two trucks and arrested both the drivers for questioning. However, the bovine smuggler fled away after noticing the police party.
According to reports Chenani police during a Naka stopped two trucks bearing registration Nos 8975/JK02K and 0797/JK-02AC. On checking the police recovered 22 bovine from these trucks and arrested both the drivers identified as Nazir Hussain son of Sher Hussain of Degwar Poonch and Chaman Lal s/o Rattan Lal of Sungal Mash Akhnoor. However, the cattle smuggler identified as Bali Gujjar r/o Marakan RS Pura succeeded in escaping. Police has registered a case in this regard. |
