A impressive Panthers Party rally was held in Ramban under the chairmanship of the district president Raja Salim, to welcome the Panthers Party chairman, Prof. Bhim Singh on the occasion of commemoration of 25th Foundation Ceremony of the Panthers Party.
Addressing the rally of Prof. Singh congratulated the people of Doda, Kishtwar and Ramban for upholding bonds of composite culture and brotherhood in spite of heavy provocation by the enemies of peace and secularism for 15 long years. He congratulated the SPOs and VDC members for their highly appreciable role and untold sacrifices during the militancy days in the region. He accused the state government for discrimination against the youth who defended the innocent people and the farmer by working SPOs and VDCs for meager sum of wages.
Accusing the Congress-PDP government for misusing the 100 day job permits and BPL (below poverty line) cards by favouring only their favourites irrespective of their merits.
He pleaded for the constitution of the delimitation commission so that the number of the constituencies could be raised according to the population, terrains and geography of each constituency.
Prof. Bhim Singh counted the achievements of the Panthers Party in 25 years and celebrated that Panthers party shall from the next government as other political parties like congress, PDP, and NC have gone corrupt and are sucking the blood of the poor. |
