Refuting the news item about Governor, Lt. General S K Sinha having written a letter to Prime Minister and Union Home Minister regarding allotment of land at Baltal and for criticizing "communally biased approach" of state government a Raj Bhavan spokesman has termed the news item as far from truth.
As per handout issued here on Wednesday, Raj Bhavan spokesman has denied the news item of Governor having written a letter to Prime Minister and Union Home Minister regarding allotment of land to Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board at Baltal for creating facilities for pilgrims.
The handout has also denied of having criticized the "communally biased approach" headed by Mr Ghulam Nabi Azad.
"There is no truth whatsoever in this report. Neither the Governor nor anyone in the Board has sent any communication on this subject to the Central Government", the spokesman added.
