All J&K Home Guards Employees Welfare Association has decided to intensify their stir till March 15 and has appealed the government to concede to their genuine demands. As per a press release, the deputationists met advisor, Phunshuk and chief minister under the leadership of Kamla Sharma in connection with their long pending demands. Others who accompanied the deputation included Mumtaz Salaria, Mohd. Ismail, Karan Khajuria, Avtar Singh, Mohd. Ashraf and others.
