Court grants bail to JKNPP MLA

Special Mobile Magistrate, Electricity, Mr M K Sharma today granted bail to Faqir Nath, MLA JKNPP, who along with others allegedly attacked the security guard posted in the house of the MLA.
Sukhdev Singh posted as security guard in the house of MLA Faqir Nath, made a complaint alleging therein that accused Faqir Nath along with other accused persons namely Darshan Nath, Rattan Lal, Sham Lal and Tara Singh in state of intoxication attacked on the complainant while he was discharging his duties. The accused have been booked by the police Domana u/s 332/353/147 RPC. The other accused have already been admitted to bail. The accused Faqir Nath appeared before the Court along with his counsel Bansi Lal and Court after hearing Senior Prosecuting Officer appearing for the state and Adv Bansi Lal appearing for the accused, granted bail on furnishing surety in the amount of Rs 5000 with the direction to cooperate with the investigation.
