Dragged into court by his security guard, the Panthers Party MLA Faquir Nath has obtained bail from the court.
Special Mobile Magistrate Electricity MK Sharma today granted bail to Faqir Nath MLA Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party who is allegedly involved along with other persons attacked on Security Guard who was posted in the house of MLA.
In the complaint filed by Sukhdev Singh posted as security guard in the house of MLA Faqir Nath, it is reported that accused Faqir Nath along with other accused persons namely Darshan Nath, Rattan Lal, Sham Lal and Tara Singh in state of intoxication attacked on the complainant while the complainant was discharging his duties. The accused have been booked by the police Domana u/s 332/353/147 RPC. The other accused have already been admitted to bail. The accused Faqir Nath appeared before the Court along with his counsel Bansi Lal and court after hearing Senior Prosecuting Officer appearing for the state and Adv Bansi Lal appearing for the accused, the accused is granted bail on furnishing surety in the amount of Rs 5000/- with the direction to cooperate with the investigation.
