| Consolidated, ad hoc employees stage protest | | | Early Times Reporter

Consolidated, ad hoc contractual employees association held a protest demonstration here today. During the protest, the trade union leaders of various unions and federations participated and raised slogans in support of their demands.
Speaking on the occasion, president, civil sect non Gazetted employees union Nazir Ahmed Mir expressed his anguish over alleged anti-employees policies of the state government. He said as a result of this most of the employees from various departments are forced to sit on dharna. He further said that even after the completion of 15 years of regular service the government is paying them merely Rs. 1500, 2000 and 2500 per month. President of consolidated and adhoc employees association, Garu Ram stressed the employees to remain united till their demands are conceded to by the government.
Among others who spoke on the occasion, were Gulam Mehnid, Mohd. Sadiq Shah Nussrat Hussain Beg, Pardeep Kumar, Satish Sharma and SB Bakshi.
