Advocate Sunil Hali will take oath as Additional Judge of the State High Court on Saturday March 15, 2008.
The oath will be administered by Chief Justice of the State High Court Justice KS Radhakrishnan at 3:00 PM in the High Court complex Jammu.
Earlier the warrant of elevation of Advocate Sunil Hali as Additional Judge of the State High Court has been issued by the President of India which has been received here.
With the elevation Advocate Sunil Hali as Additional Judge of the State High Court the strength of Judges of the State High Court will be 11 including Chief Justice. Out of these 11 Judges 7 are permanent Judges including Chief Justice whereas four Additional Judges.
The sanctioned strength of the State High Court is 14 where as there will be 3 posts still vacant.
