Youth wing of Dogra Brahmin Pratinidhi Sabha (DBPS), Parshuram Dal has launched a signature campaign seeking reservations in jobs on economic consideration rather than on caste basis.
Launching the campaign, president Parshuram Dal, Shree Kerni said that the government is creating division among the Hindus and the other castes by providing them reservation on the caste basis. He added that the government must end this reservation policy as this policy is beneficial only for the creamy layer and gives no benefits to the poor and the downtrodden people.
A large number of people participated at the campaign and signed on the demand. Among others who participate in the campaign were Dev Raj Bali, Shakti Dutt Sharma, Vishav Rattan Balu, Jagdish, Gurdas Sharma, Surinder Sharma and Devinder Dubey.
