| Choudhary nominated as Refree for Aisan Youth Fencing championship | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 10: Sub-inspector in Jammu and Kashmir Police Rashid Ahmed Choudhary, Nominated as Refree for Asian youth fencing championship and Asia Oceana countries C licence examination schedule to be held at Pasig City Manila Philippines from October 13to 21. Sub-inspector Rashid is the Only referee of the India and the state who attain "B" licence in sabre fencing in the exams conducted by world Fencing federation and Asian Fencing confederation .It is pertinent to mention that he is conferred with State Award and sher -e -Kashmir award and Director General of Police Medal for his outstanding achievements in the field of Sports.
He is also the member of talent scouting committee of Khelo India(fencing)Nominated by the ministry of youth affairs and Sports Govt of India. Sub Inspector Rashid Ahmed extends highly thanks to DGP J&K Dilbagh singh IPS, and AK Choudhary IPS ADGP armed to Depute him for the prestigious Sporting event Meanwhile J&K Amateur fencing association patron Vijay Sharma. |
