| Breeders’ awareness camp held | | | Early Times Reporter

The chief executive councilor, LAHDC Chhering Dorje has asked agriculture department and sheep husbandry department to work in integrated manner to boost the economy of the farmers and develop a sustainable farming system in the region, this he said, while he was speaking at a breeders awareness camp at Skurbuchan today. the camp is jointly organized by the agriculture department and sheep husbandry department to make aware the schemes of their department and to implement innovative farming system. About 700 farmers coming from Domkhar, Ladho, Achinathang, Dha, Urbis attended the training camp.
Others present on the occasion were Executive councilor Agriculture Education Tsering Norboo Lampa executive councilor health and sheep husbandry Dorje Mutup, councilor Skurbuchan, Punchok Stanzin, councilor Lamayuru. Tsewing Gnbo, SDM G.M Brakboo and others senior officers. Dorje also said that the hill council is implementing the schemes in a right prospective and said that the vision documents which has prepared for the overall development in Ladakh in 2025 is going towards its right prospective. |
