Different workers union of Jammu today apprised Kranti Dal (KD) president, Preetam Sharma in a meeting about the working of provident fund organization in the state. As per a press release, union leaders said PF organization have become a den of corruption and ignore interest of poor labourer and their hard earned money. They demanded that the organization be cleaned up from such corrupt elements, and added no action is taken against officials involved in embezzlement, but are being given promotions. Sharma assured the union leaders that matter will be brought before the notice of chief minister with the request that corrupt officials be shifted from the organization. He further said, if no action is taken Kranti Dal volunteers will start agitation. |
