Jammu | Mar 20
The successive state governments have totally proved a failure to come up to the expectations of the people leading increase in the level of unemployment and backwardness, charged Panthers MLA from Ramnagar Harshdev Singh. He said during the last over five years most of the claims made by the government as far as execution of development works and talking militancy, corruption and unemployment are follow.
He said the Panthers Party, which is celebrating its silver jubilee from March 23,has decided to adopt a political resolution in which people would be requested to vote against the Congress, the National Conference and the PDP, so that those parties that were in “exile” all these years could get a chance to gain power for serving people.
‘It is for the first time that a Government has sit silent when over 22,000 posts are lying vacant,’ he said and added that over the years highly educated youths, including doctors and engineers had been recruited on contract basis. He stated that when the Assembly elections were drawing close the Government has decided to set fast track recruitment boards.
He said that in the political resolution “we will expose the Government, besides the National Conference for their omissions and commissions.” He said “we will appeal to the people to defeat the Congress, the PDP and the National Conference so that others, especially the Panthers Party, got a chance to serve the people by taking in hand people-oriented problems.
The way the Panthers Party rallies received people’s support “we are sure to be the king makers after the election results,” PP leader said and declared that ‘I shall win from the Ramnagar seat with the highest ever poll percentage.” “We need not to forge alliance with any other political organization as we have our own programme for developing the State’s economy and peoples’ life style’ he added.
