| Student’s deputation meets VC of Kashmir University | | | Early Times Reporter

A deputation of far flung students federation led by Malik Behzad Ali state president of FFSF called on the vice chancellor of University of Kashmir Prof. Riyaz Punjabi and expressed their concern over his statement regarding ban on students union in KU. As per press release while interacting with the deputation Prof. Punjabi revealed that he has neither given such kind of statement. He however welcomed the participation of students in order to bring the academics excellence in the university. He sought the cooperation of students to transform the society and stressed the healthy relations in an outside the campus. The deputation urged him to redress the grievances of student community and assured their cooperation and support in building a healthy atmosphere in the campus. Prominent among those who were present on the occasion include Mumtaz Ali Bhat and Suraj Singh. |
