DGPC members,Sikh leaders condemn misleading propaganda
11/14/2018 10:49:22 PM
Jammu, Nov 14: DGPC members and senior Sikh leaders of various Sikh organization including, Shiromani Akali Dal, Sikh Students Federation, Sikh Progressive Front, J&K Sikh Intellectuals Circle J&K, International Sikh Federation and Sikh Youths of J&K have expressed their serious concern over the fake and misleading propaganda by Jagjit Singh Jagga, President DGPC Jammu, S. Harjinder Singh Raina member DGPC Jammu and others against dedicated and Panthak DGPC members and said such misleading Propaganda by these selfish and opportunistic elements, has badly hurt the image of DGPC and Religious faith of common Sikh in Jammu and Kashmir. An emergency meeting of DGPC members & Senior Sikh Leaders of said Sikh Organizations was held here in Jammu today under the chairmanship of Jathedar Mohinder Singh Ji, (Senior Most member DGPC, Jammu and Veteran Akali Leader) to discuss the fake propaganda by said opportunistic elements and the reasons behind the sudden change of DGPC in Jammu and Sikh Leaders with one voice have strongly condemned the irresponsible and misleading press conference of S. Jagjit Singh Jagga President DGPC S. Harjinder Singh Raina and others on 30.10.2018, wherein they have leveled baseless and misleading charges of misappropriation and mismanagement against dedicated Panthak DGPC members, S. Avtar Singh Khalsa and S. Manmohan Singh Khalsa. Now when after so many days they have failed to cite any concrete evidence against the Panthak and dedicated DGPC Members, so their charges seem to be imaginary and misleading and we feel that better course was to get the entire Accounts and Transactions of their tenure to be audited by concerned Govt. CA, to dig out the factual position first and then hold the Press Conference with concrete documental evidence.
