One Harkat-ul-Mujahideen militant on Thursday surrendered before the Army troops in Doda district, official sources said.
Mohmmad Amin, an HuM militant, laid down weapons before security forces and police in Bhaderwah belt of Doda district, they said.
Amin, had struck the house of former NC MLC Qazi Jallaldin and looted two rifles of his personal security forces last year, they added. |
